Ross Funk is the business co-owner and original co-founder of D&R Photo waaaaay back when film was a thing. The business originally began as a business school project and became reality as an actual dark-room containing photo lab back in 1981. He’s never looked back since!
Over time, Ross has established a reputation for providing professional quality products and services with small business friendliness – a combination not always easily achieved. He has guided his business through numerous significant changes in the photographic industry and has always found a way to keep ahead of the curve and look forward. Some call this innovativeness or tenacity, we call it hard work, determination & business savvy. Either way, it is a recipe that has kept D&R Photo, and now lifethreads albums, a place that attracts and keeps clients happy and smiling.
Outside of the lab, Ross is an avid craftsman of many things, a skier, a hardcore cyclist and is likely to have an iPhone full of grand-baby brag pics.
