Understandably, there have been several concerns over the current Canada Post job actions taking place and customer’s orders shipping times.  We are monitoring the situation closely.  After speaking with our Canada Post reps, we have decided to continue to use Canada Post during the current rotating job action phase.

Due to the 1-2 day natures of these limited location shut-downs, this may mean that shipments are delayed at most by 1-2 days.  Please account for this when placing your next order and until this phase is resolved.


There are a couple of reasons for us continuing to use Canada Post:

  1. They are the only carrier that has consistent access to several remote areas within rural Canada & will hold parcels at their pick-up locations for us without shipping them back to us
  2. They are the only carrier that has access to apartment buildings and condominiums – this is important as we have many customers that either drop-ship to these locations directly or ship to their residences in these locations
  3. Canada Post has been an excellent carrier with a fantastic track record of delivering all our orders on time at reasonable rates
