Hard to believe but yes, it’s that time of year again – time to remind you all of deadlines.  Below is a list of Christmas Order Deadlines.  Under that are a few quick reminders of conditions & policies around the most wonderful time of the year.

As always your patience is appreciated at this, one of our busier times of the year. As busyness ramps up, production and shipping times may swell slightly.

Orders will be handled on a first-come, first served basis, so get yours in early as possible in order to avoid delays. Please note that in order to meet our deadlines best moving forward, we have switched Saturdays to production only – support is available Mon – Fri by email / phone or search the Knowledge Base at https://support.lifethreadsalbums.com anytime.

Christmas 2019 Order Deadlines* for Album & Canvases

  • Canada Shipping – Dec 7
  • USA Shipping – Nov 25

Christmas 2019 Order Deadlines* for Prints & Giclee (not including canvas)

  • Canada Shipping – Dec 15
  • USA Shipping – Dec 2

Christmas 2019 Order Deadlines for **Local Pick Up** ONLY 

  • Albums – Dec 15
  • Prints (most**) – Dec 21

**Most print orders are ready the following day.  Hours on Dec 24 will be shorter. Please plan on picking up on Dec 23 to avoid missing your pick up.

*Notes & Policies on Christmas Deadlines:
  • Orders received on or before 11:59pm on deadline days will be processed at standard rates and standard shipping to arrive in time for Christmas 2019/
  • Orders received after deadlines will continue to be processed in the order they are received.  Rush fees may be necessary in order to guarantee Christmas delivery.
  • Although we do our best to make everybody smile at this time of year, if orders are received too late, we may not be able to guarantee delivery in time for Christmas.
